At BiasBagsArt, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Delayed shipping caused by the carrier
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

If you accidentally place an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement or, if appropriate, a full refund.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent claims, BiasBagsArt reserves the right to request additional information before approving a refund or replacement. Claims that cannot be verified may be denied.
