Thank you for shopping with BiasBagsArt. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

United States: 8–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Remote Areas

At this time, BiasBagsArt does not ship to remote or restricted delivery areas.

If an order is placed with a shipping address that our shipping partners classify as a remote or non-serviceable location, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order and issue a refund, or
  • Contact the customer to discuss available shipping options if applicable.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

BiasBagsArt is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

BiasBagsArt is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BiasBagsArt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
